The University of Latvia Innovation and Acceleration Center invites mentors to join an environment where students develop innovative, export-capable, and truly groundbreaking solutions.
Participation in the Mentor Network is free of charge and voluntary. We would greatly appreciate it if you could dedicate approximately 10 hours over the next 10 months to mentoring and supporting our student teams in achieving their goals.
By joining the Mentor Network, you may also be invited to participate in various mentoring evenings and programme events, where you will have the opportunity to share your experience, knowledge, and professional insights. At the same time, we would like to emphasize that participation in these activities is entirely optional.
Students will also have the opportunity to explore the Mentor Network and contact mentors whose expertise matches their specific questions or challenges related to business idea development. In day-to-day activities, we will aim not to disturb you unnecessarily and will involve you only in situations where your knowledge and experience can provide valuable support to student growth and development.
