Applications are closed!

The “Green HExagon” international pre-incubation programme brings together project partners including the University of Latvia (Latvia), the University of Tartu (Estonia), Riga Stradiņš University (Latvia), the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt (Austria), Flensburg University of Applied Sciences (Germany), and the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (Czech Republic).

The “Green HExagon” project is designed to focus on six key areas of growth – development, skills, collaboration, entrepreneurship, innovation, and environment and climate.

These six areas are directly linked to the project’s priorities – to promote innovative teaching and learning practices, as well as to recognise excellence in learning, teaching, and skills development, with a particular emphasis on environment, sustainability, and climate change. It provides an opportunity to strengthen capacity, develop skills, and build new collaborative networks with other higher education institutions and representatives of the innovation ecosystem.

University business incubators are committed to working together to develop an interdisciplinary approach and innovative pedagogical methods, implemented through collaborative learning, including lifelong learning, with the aim of creating innovative ideas and solutions to environmental, sustainability, and climate change challenges that can be further developed into commercially viable businesses.
